HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? Click

DO YOU SELL NEW STOCK?
No. All our stock is second hand. Although
many items are brand new when they are sold to us. Check the detailed
condition report for each title on the item description page.
CONDITION OF STOCK:
We DO NOT sell damaged stock. All items
are given a condition report on their item description page. As much
detail as possible has been added to accurately describe the condition
of each item so you know exactly what you are buying.

genre, for just about any age group. To find the style or genre you

No. Pony Records is an online only store.

DO YOU EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
We only refund money for goods if the
item is faulty, or if you ordered a different item from the one that
was delivered.
